Unable to see edges of the Screen

I seem to have a problem with the game cutting off the edges of the screen so that i cant see the chat box, or what channel im in, as well as the top and sides of the screen. Ive attempted to change my resolution as well as the chat size as well as a few other basic fixes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
