Server List lags and shows few servers

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this but here is my problem. When I go to load the server list under Internet Games I only see about 70 servers (while my friends see about 300+) I've checked all my filters and it's nothing to do with that. It also will also freeze for about 20 seconds and not allow me to do anything unless I Alt+Tab.

I experienced the same thing, but i found that patience solves it. When i press refresh i only see about 70 servers, then I just let it sit for a bout 30 seconds and the rest of the servers pop up.
