How can I do Radio chattr under text?

What I would like is when I reach a specefic point on the map and also when I select a radio alpha that it says somthing. Like for example when I reach a point it says: "Alpha 1 to Griffin, we are in position" in the side channel under text and also when i select radio alpha it says "Alpha 1 to griffin, mission done" .
