Friendly fire/ team killing / tags

ok so i have a tdm server up and running its been going good the only thing is team killers and knowing whos who. i have got it so bluefor has a blue had and opfor has a red hat but that stall dont work the best. what i am trying to look for is something that will put tags up for your team does anyone know if this can be done yet?
