Direct X d3d11.dll not found

Every time i launch my game i get a d3d11.dll error where steam/arma 3 cannot find my direct x file. I have tried reinstalling the game four times now and still no change, i have updated my direct x via microsoft, updated my video card drivers and still no luck. Anyone else out there have the same problem? or maybe someone has a fix?
