Guest Posted July 12, 2002 can someone help me setup up a cfg file for my dedicated server please, the one i'm using is ok but is basic.I have tried setting up the max bandwidth,etc but it seems to make the server run slower or crash. I have it running on a 850 athlon,320mb of ram,on a 1mb (256 upload) ntl line (cable modem).windows 2000 server Any help would be appreciated Fartsquad Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Posted July 13, 2002 Well i just finished playing on my dedicated server and it wasn't the best. I monitored the server and the fps was hitting 11 to 15 and the mem was fine,during the night i had to restart the server as it decided that it was going to boot every one and not let us back in. Lt_Dan_Sweden 0 Posted July 13, 2002 Hi I have tweaked the Flashpoint.cf and the SERVER.cfg files a lot during 1,46 and earlier. But almost all Server variables where associated with DIRECTPLAY.
