Question to ArmA3 Alpha and the soundtrack

Hi at all, I am definetly interested in the Alpha of ArmA3 but I got two qestions on it:

1. Is it right, that the price rises after the release of the Beta version on Steam?

2. Will I be able to buy the soundtrack spereratly (I already got the Anniversary Edition and love the soundtracks)?

Thanks for your help and... really thank you to Bohemia for creating all those awesome games! :)
