NAT Negotiation failed on hosted gameserver

Hi,

i have a hosted gameserver at gamed!de.

It was working two days ago and since yesterday the people can't connect to my server.

The only way to connect is with remote IP.

My provider is fine. They say that it is up to the gamespy servers. Can anyone help me out please?

Please move if i'm in the wrong section.
