Is it worth purchasing ArmA to play CWC mod?

Hello. I have lost my ArmA license that I bought when it was released. So I am thinking to repurchase the game for 7$ from steam to play the CWC mod (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=5668)

But before I repurchase the game, is it worth it? thanks :)
