Scripts.log doesn't generate at all.

Hello, I help manage a Wasteland server and our scripts.log doesn't generate at all. I also run a mirrored setup on my local PC when I make changes to the mission folder and do testing. It's currently started and managed through a TC panel and I have folder and FTP access. The startup params are:

-port=2312 -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@Arma2NET -config=wasteland\server.cfg -profiles=wasteland -cpuCount=2 -exThreads=1 -noSound -noPause 

and the wasteland folder has the BE folder in it. Now we can ban fine and access the RCon. Not sure what could be the problem here, any help would be appreciated :)
