Trigger: 1 unit from WEST died within area.

Hi!

How would a trigger condition for activation: "unit from WEST died within trigger area" look?

I am going to set it to repeatedly, so it activates each time a western soldier dies within the trigger area. I would prefer if there is a solution that does not require a text in the init of every western soldier:P
