Small arms bullets not leaving gun in a server, what the hell is this?

I recently got a server, got it all set up with ACE and whatnot, but when I fire any handheld weapons, the bullets don't leave the barrel. No bullet decals, no puffs of smoke, nothing. In single player it works fine. I've never had this issue before this server.

What's the deal?

Shot in the dark here but do you have the ACE keys and userconfig folders also installed on your server? Just a guess but hey, you never know.

Would that affect only me? Everybody else didn't have an issue killing, just me. Grenades also don't work for me, but the moment I hop into a vehicle everything works fine.
