Domination Admin. Lock/Unlock Problem

I have been searching the web looking for ways to improve gameplay on my Domination map. One of the issues I have came across and can't seem to fix is that the Admin. Lock/unlock script. Basically you have to be an the Admin. slot and logged in, in order to unlock or lock the vehicles but its a pain when someone destroys the chopper and I have to keep running over there just to unlock it. Is there a way to make it so I can Lock/Unlock it once and than it stays that way until I change it? I don't want it to lock every single time it blows up or gets destroyed by a pubber.
