Open construction menu as a .pbo?

Well, yeah me and my freind are playing some missions of the campaing and we would like to have the constrcution menu. The way I want it is liike, those "hacks" and scripts, that are in .pbo, it would make it more easier I think, for both of us running it as a addon. Thank you!

At least in the Arrowhead campaign though it was spawning things locked and I'm too lazy to build in an unlock tonight.
