Need Help with Custom Mission Editor!

Hi, I'm new to ArmA and I need some help getting my first mission up. I've already played Warfare a little bit, and I'd like to mix it up with a custom mission my friends and I can play.

WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:

- Getting my spawn location to change from a random one, to one I have set.

- Getting all of the starting units I placed to spawn with me. (1 Recon Fireteam)

- Getting all of the items I place to spawn with me. (Weapons/Ammunition Boxes)

Mission editing questions belong in the editing section, surely not in the user missions section.
