AmazingFactory 1 Posted September 28, 2012 Hi I purchased TKOH + HINDS bundle today But Sprocket is only downloading at 64 KiB/sec My broadband will support 4600 KiB/sec This means I won't get to play the game for 5 or 6 days :-( How can I increase the download speed? Guest Posted September 28, 2012 Why post this on the BI forums if you bought it from the BI Store which has a support departement? Nobody here is going to give you increased downloadspeeds, refunds or illegal downloadlinks. Contact support, or just accept the fact you bought TOH while at the same time Carrier Command was released so probably their servers are overloaded with traffic and you need to be patient.
