Arma 2/ACE Sound Replacement Help

Hey guys, first time poster, first time doing any deep down addon work.

So, as a Project Reality Player, I have grown to really love the sounds. However, due to no one playing PR anymore, I have been playing ACE. I like ACE, but I love the weapon sounds in Project Reality. So, I asked myself, perhaps I can use the PR AK74 and AKM sounds within ACE as a test. So I got the BI Tool Kit and got everything organized. Upacked the PBO for PR and unpacked the PBO for the Ace weapon sounds, acex_sm_s_wep_rifle (Do not fear, I have made backups!). I performed the necessary conversions from the PR AK sounds to the ACE ones. I repacked the file into the correct PBO format and replaced it within my ACE directory. However, this is were the problems begin. So, I fired up ACE Arma 2 via six updater. And I receive the Addon, acex_sm_s_wep_rifle, requires addon ,acex_sm_c_sound_wep_rifle. So, there is instantly an issue. I proceed anyway just to discover what the problem would be. Everything loaded fine, placed a TK insurgent (AK-74). Preview, and begin firing away to find that the rifle wasn't making any other noises. I am kind of stumped, so anyone who has a good idea is to what I have done wrong do not hesitate to post! :D
