How to set MTVR fuel capacity?

Ok, I know that you can use setFuel # to adjust the fuel for that vic, but what about if I wanted to set the fuel for the actual refuel truck? I want to limit the amount of refueling done in my mission. Thanks for the help!

Also to add to this, is there a way to limit the fuel carrying capacity of vehicles, say the apache and a10? I dont mind having to make a config edit either
