Operation Arrowhead has stopped responding

I bought ArmA 2 on Amazon yesterday, downloaded and installed it but I kept getting "Connecting failed", so when I tried to reinstall it and load Operation Arrowhead it says "Operation Arrowhead has stopped responding" before it even loads.

Any suggestions? I've tried resintalling it and deleting everything and re-downloading did nothing either :/
