michaelt523 1 Posted February 10, 2012 I want to buy this game based on the demo, but I need to work out some graphical issues first. My rig: AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.6 GHz 8 GB Ram ATI HD 5970 Win 7 x64 Should this setup do the trick? I've been running it at 1600p and it looks ok. When I land and get out, the vegetation gets really glitchy. The grass will sometimes look all white and blank, and other times they will just all disappear. Same with the trees. Also, I don't think AA is working. Any ideas?
Nicholas 5 Posted February 10, 2012 If you can play the demo fine, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to play the full game as well. You probably could use a faster processor. What are your GPU temperatures?

My temperature ranges between 60-65ºC Like I said it plays ok, but the glitches I was talking about are annoying (see picture in link). Is there a fix for that? http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/470861247230900214/A9CD20569F6040BEDA0E4003AAE1E2F0A14AA4A1/
Derbysieger 11 Posted February 10, 2012 Do you force AA or AF via hardware drivers? It looks exactly that way.
purepassion 22 Posted February 10, 2012 You might also want to change the ATOC settings to 0 in your TOH .cfg ;)

Derbysieger 11 Posted February 10, 2012 The fact that I was right worries me ... I spend waaaay too much time with TOH and Arma 2 :D
ArmAriffic 10 Posted February 10, 2012 Could you elaborate? What should I change it to and how? Go to %userprofile%\Documents\Take On Helicopters\takeonh.cfg scroll down untill you see AToC=7; and change 7 to 0 more info here (< is arma2.cfg but should apply to TOH) I'm just guessing what to do as I don't have TOH yet though :)
