Where and how to edit config.cpp?

In the addon forums, someone said:

Change the accuracy settings in the heli's config.ccp file to 1000 and machinegunner will attacks helis too.

How do you do that and where is the config.cpp file? All I can find is the config.bin files, opened it in Visual C++ and dunno where to edit, PLEASE helP!

the cofig.cpp is inside the addon ,

so if u want to edit the ch47 u need to depbo the ch47 pbo file

or u can go to ofp editing center and see the totorial on cpp files
