need a config template

Hi, I am editing a tank and I want to make it to be in my faction however it does not have anything beside this code

so how can I make this appear in my faction, I think I need some sort of config template to add?

Please describe the Tank. Is it a Custom Tank, or is it an existing one which is already in Game?
