We are pleased to announce that we have moved from Garry's Mod to ARMA 2.Before we get started, please do not hesitate to ask questions via our forum or private message. You are also welcome to join our TeamSpeak 3 Server (IP: 173.73.4.188).-CMQfXgNyAY Gmod Soldiers is a military simulation group. GS started in Steam and has been around since February 16, 2008. We have done our best to provide a true military simulation group to our community and have been successful so far. Let it be known that GS is not pretending to be a division of any real life military. GS is GS; consider us as a made up military if you must. Our main events have been called Milsims(Military simulations) and Battledays(A Milsim, but with a story and purpose). We also provide Boot camps for new members wishing to join us. Boot camp consists of a one to two day event, which lasts about three hours each day(Depends on the players ability to learn). In this event, recruits will be taught how to use radio protocol, battle formations, handling of firearms, MOUT, and more. Once recruits have passed boot camp, they are then placed in infantry(Our way of seeing what you're good at). Once our new members get settled in, they are then able to apply for qualifications. Qualifications consist of, Military Police, Sniper, Drill instructor, Engineer, and so on. Take note that you must meet requirements to receive training. Outside of qualifications, are different branches of the Army, which members can apply for training(Depending on availability and if requirements are meet). The branches are as followed: Army Aviation, Army Special Forces, Army Airborne, and Army Armor. We also provide a lite version of court martials(Lite because we are not a Law simulation). Though, we still follow procedures and rules from the UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE(That are needed and apply to the game world). If our members believe we are lacking any aspects in which would make GS a better military simulation, we are opened to suggestions.
