Battleye/Gamespy problem

Hello,

I'm running a dedicated Linux server and I'm having a problem with Battleye+Gamespy. The former actually loads fine:

 2:10:47 Dedicated host created.
2:10:47 BattlEye Server: Initialized (v1.126)

Plays fine. And I can even rcon into it fine. However, the server browser says I have Battleye disabled. Any ideas what's wrong? I don't want my server not showing up because people have it to only show Battleye enabled servers.
