Most personell are 18+.The member count is stirctly confidential but Facebook claims they are 7 men and 1 woman. If you look for squads, Officers and shiny rank insignias you have to stop here. FE is organized in independent TEAMs. Sure there is a LEAD structure but every operator is responsible for his teamrole, his mates, for himself and of course for the Team. The TEAM is one UNIT, one family. This is FIRE ELEMENT. What the requirements Humanity describes you as "not normal", "nerd/zerg", "monstrous" or generally press your "do not like" button. You mostly press others "do not like button" or do not like the like button. when you enter a room ppl instantly stop laughing and talking when you teacher asked you: "who is you favourite super hero" you answered: "me". you not getting it when your friend tries to explain you that the Marines are the evil force in Avatar not the Blue-Man-Group. Beside your questionable psychological constitution you still able to show discipline, aware for team tactics and able to cover your butt. ALSO: You speaking "Deutsch", know somebody speaking "Deutsch" or think the term "Deutsch" is something funny or dirty. OR: never heard the term "Deutsch" or become epileptical while try to speak "Deutsch". Then you may form a new Team in your native language or in a language not risking your health. YOU ARE NOT : searched for genocide or playing War Rock Using an eagle for your Avatar, think eagle logos are proper cool/patriotic or confident you're really an eagle Fernspäher from vBundeswehr When you meet the requirements or hear voices in your head telling that you meet the requirements then inform someone of the team.
