Indychuck 0 Posted May 31, 2002 Miles is right. People could ask politely but I will also say this. People are going to be mean and nasty due to the facelessness of the internet. I suggest to you all not to take anything anybody says to you to heart. Some people just get on to give people a hard time. With the onset of summer and the schools letting out for vacation you are only likely to see more of this. In the world of internet war-game forums everyone is an expert. Just look at the ghost recon forums. There are more SAS, Army Rangers, Green Berets, and Navy Seals than there ever was in the entire gulf war. Just let them say their piece but don't pay any attention to them
Stag 0 Posted May 31, 2002 Well, hope you find this constructive. The cockpit is not that of an F16; The F16 is distinctive in having the stick set to the right of the cockpit, not in the centre. The canopy bracer is actually set behind the pilot, giving a more unobstructed view. as for the instrument details, The image below is from a cockpit (Authour, Paul Wilson) used in Falcon4. It is widely regarded as very accurate: Weapon loadout: The image below is one I did on the fly, not exactly standard, but a good one for OFP: Normally an ALQ-131 EW pod would be carried on the centreline, with the two inner wing hardpoints taken up by drop tanks. since there is no EW in OFP, I thought Cluster munitions would be nice. Bombs and Mavericks carried on triple racks. Outer hardpoints for AAMs only.
