Devil's Faces addon has both wherewolf and zombie faces you can use for missions like that. The editor even comes with a cool howling sound effect. 1 + 1 = ...It has the potential to turn into some unusual and interesting missions.

Im not sure if ofp could work with this concept. If you have ever played the mod THEY HUNGER for HALF LIFE....now thats a scary mod. Hmmmm if a werewolf was chasing you during the jail break level in OFP I might take that back.

I look forward to the X-com mod said to be coming for ofp.

I think that such a scenario would bring an unfair moral dilemma onto a squaddie; there's his GPMG with a hundred round belt of silver bullets.
