Cucuma 0 Posted December 16, 2001 and when you download Devil's civilian addon there is a operative in the man section of the civilian. Also if you just want law enforcement like FBI, Police officers, and SWAT officers then go to this: www.ofpeditingcenter.com/addon_depot/addon_detail.asp?id=90 it will bring you directly to the dowload screen then you just click on Download to the right of the screen right under the picture.
