Choki 10 Posted May 20, 2011 if they are going to move to modern combat this is important. jus like this video modern war simulator without coverage system is OFP 1 I hope someday (arma III) we can enjoy this system, to not only be a battle game in open fields :D
Bas92 10 Posted May 20, 2011 In first-person, yes. But I hate 3rd person cover systems. It gives you god like powers because you can stay in cover but still see everything around you. It was done horribly in RS:Vegas and Vegas 2. I prefer the old RS games with simple lean. Those were at least tactical. But as long as it works fine in first-person and I can turn 3rd-person off on higher difficulties, then I guess I'm fine with it.

sith1144 10 Posted May 20, 2011 I'm hoping for a RO2 like first person cover system. I can't find a clear movie showing it, but it has peaking(and shooting) and blind fire.
vegeta897 13 Posted May 20, 2011 This sounds like a great feature to me, provided of course that there's no third person view when you have third person disabled. But I wouldn't want it to feel as 'clunky' as it looks in that video.
