Help Spawning Scud then have it dissapear

I'm trying to spawn the MAZ_543_SCUD_TK_EP1 vehicle next to a defined object like a "depoyled hq" or "command center" then have it Disappear after 60 seconds. When it Disappears i don't want it to explode.But rather just have the scud vehicle Disappear after 60 seconds.
