Liberation Mod patch FD fixed

As You all probably knows long time ago Flash Death released unnoficial patch to Liberation mod called "Patch Fd". Mirror to old is still in ofp.info

That patch had few things fuck*d like translations and stringtables and in result there was no quotes after death or they was bugged, and some of names dissapeared in editor.

In this all bugs are fixed
