Hurt Zone Multiplayer

Hey Guys,

I want to know if it is possible to set an area around a base or designated as a hurt zone to enemy Air Units.

You see, I want to make a Warfare Gamemode where there are certain safezones where enemy Air Units cannot go to try and stop the typical Apache base-raping.
