MrPerson 10 Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) So I updated from 1.07 to 1.08 and some CTI servers are either 1. giving me invisible man bug or 2. failing to load into gameplay I have tried multiple times to reinstall, patch, repatch etc. My game is vanilla standalone arma 2 with no mods. I have tried updating from 1.00 - 1.08 and 1.00-1.07-1.08 and no difference. The invisible man bug is the bug where a player wlill join, not be able to communicate or interact with anyone or anything. They may shoot resistance AI, enemy players, enemy AI and not do any damage. Other players cannot see ghosts, nor the AI controlled under them. The ghost cannot capture anything, but can see all enemy locations and watch the game playout as normal, it's almost like a spectator that can't speak. From what I have noticed, sometimes when I join it will spawn me dead but count me as being on the resistance team (AI that inititially controls towns) and this is the only time I can communicate with anyone. Dourael 10 Posted January 31, 2011 Hello! The same problem! I play with ARMA 2 CO ... With or without addons still have this problem! For my part, from the beginning of the mission while normally happens! It was after my first death (respawn or revive) I become invisible! I can not even get on a helicopter or other vehicle! (No rank) I am therefore obliged to disconnect me from the server and reconnect me to be able to play again normally until my first death ... And so on ...
