AI Request

Im trying to edit the Mountain Warfare mission (for SP) so that the AI groups can buy up to 20/30 units per group, but I dont know what scripts to use? I also want to add in new parameters e.g. starting funds/allies/weather, does this need to be added to the mission file or the warfare module itself?
