wav2lip and OFP SoundLab problems

Hi, I have tried creating a lip file on both programs unsuccessfully. In wav2lip, I drag my 16-bit .wav file to wav2lip ( and yes it is in a folder with the same name), but nothing happens.

When I try OFP SoundLab, and I choose the option WAV to OGG/LIP, it only creates the .ogg file. I never ask for "lip" service, but I could use some now!
