About VBAU

VBAU is a realism squad based in the UK. VBAU is not just for UK based players we currently have members from Europe. In VBAU we aim for a close to real life style of play. We are enthusiastically looking for mature team players both male and female that are looking for this type of gaming experience. Current members of VBAU are from all walks of life that come together to enjoy the friendship that online gaming has eg. Ex Reg and Currently serving British armed Forces personal.

VBAU in ARMA2 Opperation Arrowhead

In VBAU Teamwork is essential in game and out. We have dedicated mission’s nights in which we complete a set mission or objective, during this night the clan will be playing as realistically as possible. On these nights we have certain rules for each role type, for example Medic’s can only heal the wounded, Pilots are the only people that can fly and Sniper teams are working in two’s with one spotting and the other sniping . New players (or Recruits) will be given full training on how we play; Once a recruit has passed their training they will be assigned to a Section. If they wish to be assigned to a different role then they need to put in a transfer request to their new section.

Mods

The server does not run the A.C.E. mod or please take it off before you join

We use World In Conflict Tool so you will need that in your addons folder

VBAU will be using the new British DLC pack

Servers

VBAU have one server that is for ARMA2 Opperation Arrowhead. This is a COOP server which will be used for both official and unofficial nights. This server currently holds 32 players. We also have a TeamSpeak 3 server. The information for them is at the top of this post. Type in VBAU in the filter tab to find our server.
