US Retail Arma II Combined Operations Packaging Question

Hey guys longtime lurker 1st time poster :)

A quick question, just picked up the Arma 2 Combined Operations retail version at Fry's (bought the last copy) and want to double check if the game is factory sealed and not some return etc.

Anway my copy has the standard tape seals on both ends of the cardboard sleeve box with an unshrinked wrapped clear plastic dvd case inside. Is that the same as you guys? I know anal question but humor me all the same. :D

Mine I got from Amazon had clear tape top and bottom of the cardboard sleeve, but nothing on the DVD case itself.
