Cooper sounds french after merging OA into Arma 2

I recently bought Arma2 combined ops.

First I only installed vanilla Arma2 patched to 1.07 and started to play the Red Harvest campaign. Everything is fine and dandy.

I then installed and merged OA. When I continue the Red Harvest Campaign, Cooper has a ridiculous french accent. Scripted dialouge events still has the original Cooper voice, but whenever I issue commands, its some French sounding bastard... very annoying.
