  1. Hello everybody, I googled for a long time but found nothing.. I've created a multiplayer mission and need a savegame for a daily server restart. Player data and vehicles do not need to be saved. I have to save team points and captured cities (sector modul, already triggered..). Is anyone aware of a possibility? I once played the mission overthrow. There was a way to save "Persistent Save" and "Load Persistent Save" something would be nice. best regards
  2. Hello guys, I have a mission with an integrated construction system. Players can build fortifications, I use createVehicle locally on the client for that. Some of the created objects also have eventHandlers attached to them. I now want to allow saving and later resuming the mission. I got it mostly working, however 2 questions remain: 1. Will objects created using createvehicle on a client be saved and restored? 2. I read somewhere that variables added via setVariable will be saved, what about eventHandlers though? Do I have to redo them after resuming the mission from a savegame? Thanks for all tips and guidance in advance, you guys have been of so much help already! Leander

I am playing the ARMA - Armed Assault game and I am stuck somewhere in the Dolores mission not knowing how to move forward, so I need to edit the save game so that I can reach to point where I strayed. Can anyone help out on how to unbin and edit the save game and bin it back to *.ArmASave files ? And also I need to change player's speed and weapon's magazine rounds capacity, how do I do that ?
  4. Hi, I've noticed it takes about 1 minute to load a savegame, even if you are loading it from the same location, e.g. after being shot on the spot. Is this normal? Would one of the game developers kindly explain why does it need to take so long? If the game engine reloads everything from scratch, it looks like very inefficient approach, considering the textures, polygons and data should already be in the GPU memory and/or in RAM. It would be nice if loading a savegame after you've entered the game didn't take more than 10 seconds. Thanks and regards
  5. I have recently installed the NMD sandbox (all four of them) by DnA off of the steam workshop. I was then able to transfer it into the eden editor to place a bunch of enemies. Both in the vanilla and my custom version of the Scenario I can't save any of my progress in it. I have enabled "multiple saves" in the difficulty settings and enabled "Saving" in the Game settings. But the Save button is still greyed out. I do not have this issue on most of my other downloaded scenarios. I have also looked through the mission files of it to see if there was a disable saves command that was blocking me but I found nothing.
  6. Hi everyone. I can't load any savegame unless I'm running the game without ANY mod. As soon as It starts loading i get a crash, and a messeage that says "The exception unknown software exception (0x000dead) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFCE8619E08." Even with just CBA activated i can't load any savegame. Any ideas?
  7. Hi, have anyone noticed lagre size of savegames? I dont remember this from previous Arma series. Is there anything i can do about it? Month ago when i was tidy up my HDD i saw 760mb savegames folder of arma3. Today it was 540mb...
  8. Currently i'm playing the preventive diplomacy mission from the arma3 campaign. After loading a usersave or autosave file, the mission immediately fails because of friendly fire. I had never shoot before of other teammates or allied troops. Bug/error discovered yesterday, 2016-05-01, dev build no. 1.59.135790 / Win 10 I will test it again, today with dev build no. 1.59.135811.. will keep you up to date!
