Hi, I'm writing this topic ask you for support for the game. Since Thursday I couldn't play online. Always I start matchmaking process , after 30 seconds or so, the goes to profile select screen of the game and I have to log again. This happens always again and again. I'm currently playing with a Xbox one S and my profile name is gonzad26. Thanks

Hello there. So.. I bought a new PC and installed ARMA III. After I've launched it I realised I have no progress linked to my previous stats, so, aboslutely new profile was created which is quite obvious. However, I thought it somehow synchronizes with Steam account. My old PC is dead now, so.. no chance to copy Arma 3 old profile folders. Same thing with screenshots. Are there any other possibilities to find the old stats? Maybe it is somehow connected with the player URL or smth like this? Any ideas? 🤔

A week or so ago I saw my key bindings reset. I was a bit annoyed but it had happened before so I just re-did them and carried on. However, I have just now gone into the editor and seen that none of the missions under my user profile are shown. I have checked the launcher, and I am definitely loading the "Lawman" profile, of which there is only one. I have also checked the Arma 3 - Other profiles / Lawman / missions folder to confirm my mission files are still there, which they are. Not sure what to do from here on. I tried saving a new mission file to see where it ended up, and It appears to have been placed in the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Missions Have BIS changed something so mission files are no longer local to profile? Arma won't start due to Profile changes in documents folder

Hello guys, My first problem was that Arma wasn't able to see my joystick without any reason. So after some hours of troubleshooting there was thread about deleting the joystick from the Arma3Profile file in the documents directory. So I tried that out and it didn't work. So my idea was to delete my other controllers and thought the game would then scann for joysticks again. But now Arma 3 wont even start again. I can still access the launcher but as soon as i want to start it, the game crashes :/. So i tried to reinstall everything, but the reinstallation doesn't affect the Arma folder in my documents directory. Has anyone had this kind of problem yet ? If anybody could help me that would be awesome :) My joystick is a T.Flight Hostas X I am sorry for my bad writing and thanks already :D -
I was simply wondering if it is accepted by Bohemia Interactive that servers are denying people from playing for simply having a private steam profile. Name: [AWG]DAYZ-EXILE|CHERNARUS-REDUX|SURVIVAL|ZOMBIES| The server IP: 144.217.10.208:2302 If so... For what reason would this be acceptable?

does any body knows a easy way to create more than one arma 3 characters ?

I've recently moved all users on my server to roaming profiles. This has been great for a lot of things, but unfortunately it is causing issues with ArmA3. When opening ArmA3 it now brings up a prompt about the profile being read only or in use by another instance. I've set the advanced parameter in the ArmA3 launcher for "Profile Path" to reflect the roaming profile location of the ArmA3 profile. I can then select the appropriate profile in the ArmA3 launcher. After launching ArmA3 it still comes up with the same issue. I then put the "Profile Path" parameter to a destination that is local on the computer and the profile worked perfectly. What permissions can I assign to the roaming profile folder in order to allow ArmA3 to access/modify the profile? In the ArmA3 launcher it displays the profile I want when I have the Profile Path pointed to the Roaming Profile > My Documents > ArmA 3 folder. Sorry if that sounds confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Cheers, Huss

Hi All, I have two profiles .The one listed first (Original) loads at launch.I ahve to manually change it everytime. Is there a way to make it launch with second profile automatically?

My profile has two 'interests' fields. One is filled in, and I can't delete the info.

For some reason, my profile an 'interests' field that's filled in. (It's weird as anything, I suspect it's automatically taken the data from somewhere - Facebook perhaps?). If I go to my profile settings, I can't delete this interests field. There is another interest field I can edit (that's blank), but if I put anything here, I end up with two interest fields on my profile. How can I remove these 'interests'? -
Hello, sorry, if someone already started question like this, but I've been searching and didn't find anything. Well my problem is that I want to copy profile information to another PC...I could easily find the profile in documents/Arma 3 etc. I succesfully transferred profile data of my campaigns, showcases, challenges and settings. Now where is the problem, right? Well, in challenges, I see that I've completed them...but the times are gone! I had all the gold medals in those challenges I completed(all but marksman and helicopters, cos I haven't played the game since they were released) ...And in Virtual reality training, all the training places(explosives, weapons etc) are gone too...but those are not problem, I can easily get them back in a moment....yet the challenges really irritate me, because I spent a lot of time mastering them...If anyone knows where I can find data containing those times, please, tell me, it would be really painful to do them again... ;) Thank you very much Edit: I tried to search everywhere, even in registers, but couldn't find something that might be it.... EDIT2: I've finally found the solution..it is the vars file...somehow it always got reseted when i was playin Arma, but now it works properly and i have my times back...please DELETE THIS THREAD SO IT IS NO LONGER NEEDED
