Server refuses to recognize particular mod folders

henever I try loading a co-op mission onto my server I end up being stuck with class selection screen as there's absolutely no roles to choose from. I have checked the server logs and it appears that the server is missing one mod (CUP Vehicles to be exact). The problem is that I have loaded the said mod onto the server and I have also included it in the -mod command line. Any attempts of changing the mod folder name, looking for missing files and rearranging the load order didn't do anything. At this point I have no clue what do with it. Other missions that use RHS mods and other CUP variants have been working just fine. Using the same mods I loaded the server I was able to start the mission in single player mode. I have no clue why it shows all expansions, along with official DLCs that I own, as unavailable.
