Looking for someone to create a custom faction

I have custom textures for the items I want in a custom faction, it’s just beyond my comprehension to set up a config that can use them and completely pack em. Price is completely negotiable. List of mods that faction will be using: - RHSUSAF Vehicles being used from the RHSUSAF mod - UH-60 (ESS) - CH-47 - M115A1 (Unarmed, M2, Grenade Launcher) Base Game Items - AAF Uniform (Both rolled and not rolled) - Rhino MGS These items will be given a texture Just a basic soldier with the uniform is all that is required along with these retextured vehicles -

Looking to get skins for the Blackhawk, Chinook, Little Bird, and MI-8 done. Will gladly arrange payment for work provided as our community has pooled a good amount of funds for our unit to have their own vehicle skins. Would also like to get ground vics done but air assets are the priority here. -
Allow me to preface this with I'm not directly looking for someone to commission to do mod work here, I am however looking for a place or the right thread to find people to commission to do mod work. If there is not already a place for this are we able to create one here? I think it would be beneficial to utilize and better appreciate modders looking for work while maybe putting a little extra change in their pocket. I've posted in many places trying to get a mod I desperately want created however I feel as though I'm not reaching and targeting modders in order to get what I want. I'm doing and wording this the way I am in observation of the rules. Any and all prevalent information is welcome. -Chalk
