    NTRODUCING LIBERTAD An ArmA III Modification Libertad is a large-scale mod made to benefit both the players and modders. Including hundreds of assets, a unique map as well as a campaign, we believe it will bring some fresh air to your gaming and creation sessions. While we are very excited to tell you more about the project, we are not yet ready to tell you more about the campaign. This mod will take you to the Caribbean and introduce you to a new island full of life but also torn by the emerging revolution. This is Libertad. A brand new map Isla Nueva is a tropical island of 80km² next to Cuba and located in the Caribbean. Both sumptuous and dangerous, it is a small island often considered as Cuba's little sister. Isla Nueva was discovered in the 16th century by a group of pirates. It quickly became known as a safe haven for ships seeking to avoid the law. Discover this unique environment composed of 3 cities, several villages, a jungle and secret places. Predators/Prey Guerrillas, soldiers and other civilians are not the only inhabitants of Isla Nueva. Pigs, horses, cows, crocodiles, birds and crabs coexist in the different biomes of the island. While some are peaceful, others are aggressive and will not hesitate to attack you if you venture too far into their territory. = Horse Explore the island of on foot, by car or... on horseback! It will allow you to move quickly even in the most difficult places of access. Walking, trotting, galloping, jumping or swimming allow the animal to move as naturally as any character. Over 500 unique objects Libertad contains hundreds of assets including 30 enterable buildings, more than 100 items and furnitures such as: phones, radios, tables, chairs, sofa, various consumables but also weapons, vehicles, clothes, accessories and unique faces. But also… - Placable modules via ED3N - Scripting functions - New character animations. The release of the mod as an All-In-One pack is planned for early 2022. We will provide modders, mission creators and servers with small themed mods that will allow you to take full advantage of the features presented.     Miller's voice

    I was able to identify the voices of several campaign characters (Adams, Kerry, Armstrong), but I can't identify Miller's voice. Are there any voiced lines for his character at all outside of the cutscenes, on gameplay? Along the lines of “Say again, over”, or “Bearing XYZ”? And if there are, which one is it from the British accents featured in the game? Thanks in advance for the answer.

So I am making a small addon for my group that is just a simple config file using assets from other mods from our modline (mainly 4 rhs, 3cb factions and dhi uniforms) I`ve already done 1 faction (USMC early 00s) and everything works as intended. I copied those files to create new faction (rgfc). I changed all required pathings and names of files, however it doesn't seem to be working properly. 1) Problem with randomizer script. 2) Problem with gear.hpp and weapons.hpp

How to Access Arma 3 Characters Voices in the Game Directory, I Mean if there is a PBO file compress Characters Voice audio Files in Arma 3 Directory, and if No, How to find them?, Need Help Please Big Arma Fan. I was Extracting, Trimming, Cutting, Converting to ogg Vorbis formats yesterday, I downloaded a Miller, James, Kerry and Commander Stavrou Radio and Direct Voice Lines from Youtube, and i cut it into Pieces, but some lines still Missing. Appreciate the Assistance in favor. thanks by the way, big Fan of the Grumpy Old man, i doubt this guy that he is the Creator of Arma 3 haha.
  6. I wanna make the situation of like the "RED DAWN" movie, "World in Conflict" game. (not for life gameplay) But any A3 city police add-ons are almost "short-sleeved uniform" not match winter maps. So I'd to make a (long sleeved) uniform like an American POLICE. Not SWAT or FBI or some. City Police (like a DPD, SPD, LAPD, NYPD etc...). That using retexture of CUP or PROJECT OPFOR. or another way. Therefore, I want to change some textured material of uniform but I don't know how to changes that Rvmat. Or did someone know "long-sleeved USA Police officer Uniform"? If knew that, please tell me.

The project was originaly inspired of Abs' effort towards his mod 'Star Trek: Road to The Stars', which I intend to keep this at high priority. The project is not only inspired of Abs' mod, but prior to the next movie, "Star Trek: Beyond", which is in cinemas by 22nd July, 2016! In order to construct the models, orientations/blueprints (like all modellers will use) will be used to accurately design the models.   8. Hello modders! I'm Locklear, an encoder in BI, and you might have seen my posts around here on the forum, when I tried to help some of you with stuff and things (mostly the things). I usually (although not exclusively) work on characters and equipment, so I decided to create a guide for configuring those on the community wiki. The aim of the guide was to create a place for both new and veteran modders to go to when they need to understand or review some basics of the character and equipment configuration, and I hope this piece of documentation will help anyone interested in modding these parts of Arma 3 content.     Arma 3 Apex - content predictions?

    I'm starting this thread to discuss possible content for Arma 3 Apex. Anyone have predictions? Here's mine: To start off, factions. I personally think we'll be seeing USMC forces [BLUFOR] along with Chinese forces [OPFOR], and possibly Australian/CTRG forces [BLUFOR]. Of course, we'll likely see Tanoa's military [Independent] and a guerrilla faction [OPFOR]. Now for vehicles and weapons. It's confirmed that we'll be seeing Light Strike Vehicles and VTOLs, and possibly larger Patrol boats. Here's a list of what I'm assuming will be added: United States Marine Corps: APX - Pistol MP7 - Sub Machine Gun HK416 - Assault Rifle M27 IAR - Light Machine Gun HK417 - Sniper Rifle SMAW - Rocket Launcher ALSV - Light Strike Vehicle Cougar - Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected EFV - Infantry Fighting Vehicle M551 Sheridan - Light Tank M1A3 Abrams - Main Battle Tank UH-1Y Venom - Transport Helicopter AH-1Z Viper - Attack Helicopter V-22 Osprey - VTOL Helicopter F-35B Lightning - VTOL Fighter CB90 AMOS - Patrol Boat USMC forces would have a wide variety of modern-futuristic gear, with some assets possibly being futurized.
