  1. Fly Tanoa Air is a flight SIM-u-LITE scenario with dynamic missions and aircraft features. What's new: * Bush landings at three destinations with cargo missions, radio codes and approach vectors * To begin delivering cargo for the old man simply steal a shipment from AdT and deliver it to the old man's farm. After that you will initiate cargo shipments exclusively from the old man and deliver to old man destinations; all of which are off airport. These illicit "Bush sites" have names like Mountain Peak, Beach Bar, and Remote Village. Bush landings are super-difficult but totally do-able. *Check out "Playa Island" radio code ~006 (WIP) *Helicopter version (see below) This download is compatible with APEX game version 1.7 and higher Helicopter Version Info Flying planes in ArmA III is difficult. It takes a lot of practice. Right when you think you've got it, you realize how much more there is to learn. Just dropping a plane into an empty scenario is fine to start but that gets boring and, as a pilot in training, you need something more compelling to keep logging hours. Addon "Aerodrome ICAO signs and NDB" for ARMA 3 PC game by NightIntruder ver. 0.93 05.OCT.2016 PLEASE NOTE: reading of the readme included in the addon is the obligation before usage of the addon. My main goals to achieve while working on the addon were: - to have ICAO signs for airports whenever I fly with my fellow v-pilots during our scenarios, - to have helping signs while taxiing according to ATC's direction - to have airport charts that would help having better SA at airports - to have better and more realistic immersions at airports - to encourage mission makers of colaborating communities to include ATC slot for their's MP scenarios It took me 4 days to create the addon. Initially I didn't want to release the addon but finally I thought that the addon is good enough to share it. ADDON FEATURES: - 1 model of NDB station - a bearing system courtesy of TeTeT - 6 different models of standing sign (low-poly, app. 240 polys per sign) - 3 different models (simple polys) for laying sign - 833 custom made textures that cover most of ICAO signs related to taxiways, stands, APRONs, runways - changing textures of a signs' polys based on setObjectTextureGlobal command - standing signs are backlighted during night time - a mission with pre-placed signs on four Tanoa's aerodromes and NDB stations is included - charts of Tanoa's aerodromes are included - a server key included - a manual with path to textures included 3.   3. hi everybody i found the doc about the possibility of placing custom airports on maps since the jets dlc > https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Dynamic_Airport_Configuration is it possible to do this via script? i.e. adding this functionality to a invisible helipad? i would like to add an airport in one of the realworld pmc-terrains somewhere on flat ground and add some base and airport structures for some jet missions. or is ist only possible with building an addon? sorry for the noob questions and thanx for any clearence! !!! UPDATE: Yes, it is possible to place a dynamic airport using a gamelogic as airport center. the one, that is used for the carrier is predefined in arma3 config! "DynamicAirport_01_F" example howto in editor: 1. place a gamelogic at an empty place 2. copypaste this into the gamelogic init field : _dynamicAirport1 = DynamicAirport_01_F" createVehicle position this; plane01 landAt _dynamicAirport1; 3. place plane with ki-pilot 500m above terrain and name it plane01 now watch the plane landing at your airport. i found the info here: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/landAt have fun with testing and building your own landable airports ;)

  5. I died close to one of the shipping containers in Airport mission, when I was revived, I spawned inside of container and could not get out, unless killed myself. Can we get doors, that is usable? :D

Kabul International Airport Ùرودگاه بین المللی کابل by DonbassCZ Information: Hamid Karzai International Airport (Persian: میدان هوائی بین المللی حامدکرزی‎‎, Pashto: د حامدکرزی نړيوال هوائي ډګر‎, IATA: KBL, ICAO: OAKB), is located 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) from the city center of Kabul in Afghanistan. It serves as one of the nation's main international airports and as one of the largest military bases, capable of housing over one hundred aircraft. The airport was given the new name in 2014 in honor of former President Hamid Karzai. The decision was made by the National Assembly of Afghanistan and the Cabinet of President Ashraf Ghani. It was previously named Kabul International Airport. The airport has been expanded and modernized in the last decade. A new international terminal was added and the older terminal is now used for domestic flights. A number of military bases were also built around the airport, which are used by the United States Armed Forces and NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). The military of Afghanistan also has a base there, while the Afghan National Police provide security inside the passenger terminals. As of June 2016 the most frequently serviced destination from the airport was Dubai-International with no less than four passenger airlines flying the route, some with multiple daily flights. In terms of passenger numbers, Istanbul-Atatürk was the largest, followed closely by Dubai, given the high volume of travel with Turkish Airlines, and Ariana Afghan Airlines, which flies to both Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey. Description: Hello. As you probably know from KAF. This project will include three Afghan airfield (Bagram, Kabul, Kandahar). KAF is behind us and now we are embarking KIA. This base will be built in Reshmaan Province. It will be an airport in the middle of the map near the capital city Dilshad (Kabul). What more to say ... I will delete few objects and some places must be improved and i think it will be done. Iam really excitting how it will looks... and I can not wait :) .   7. CHERNARUS BASES by DonbassCZ Story: After one of the team went to Kunduz province in Afghanistan to help German soldiers with the construction of their fortifications. Meanwhile the second team moved into the area known as Chernarus. After the war which took place here a local bases suffered great damage and they need to revitalize into a state in which they were before the war. Description: Hey. So far, I do not want to give large targets, but mainly I'd like to expand the local airport (Balota, Krasnostav and main airport). Maybe I will build here a few FOBs + outposts. :) PS: I will add pics later Greets DonbassCZ
  8. I have tried to search the forums and Google But I couldn't find the answer yet... Is there a way to taxi to the runway with a controlled pace, instead of pressing the throttle slowly and having to break and pressing the throttle again? Is there Some option to for example to limit the speed so you are not taxiing with 80mph? Thanks in advance!
