Hi I'm Eric McHogan from the Viking PMC (https://www.vikingpmc.com/) We are hosting an ArmA Competitive Series sponsored by Bohemia Interactive on the 28th of April. We Have hand crafted maps specifically made for this PvP event. Maps we will be playing: Sugar Mill - Requires Apex Han Dynasty - Requires Apex HostageHotel SeaSideCache (all maps are downloadable through our Tournament Modlist on Steam) We are currently looking for Teams to join us. Each Team will need 8 players, plus reserve members if possible. Hello everyone, as we were announcing through our social networks, the 27th to 28th of January will begin a new tournament of the CTF gamemode with 20€ in prize money. These will be monthly tournaments called "Masters CUP" and the only requirement to participate is to enrol a team of minimum 6 players before the deadline. Join these event, is FREE! The deadline will always the last Monday before each event. For this first tournament it will be the 22th of January. The matches will always be played at the same time/day. ROUNDS/DAY/HOUR Final / Sunday 28th / 20:00 CET Third place / Sunday 28th / 20:00 CET Semi-final / Saturday 27th / 20:30 CET Quarter-final / Saturday 27th / 19:00 CET The 20€ prize will be divided like this: Winner | 10€ Finalist | 6€ Third place | 4€ The registration deadline for Masters CUP is set on January, 22th. Once reached, we will open a public poll round through our webpage in which you will be able to choose the maps for each round of the competition. First come, first serve. 5) First Person Locked. 6) Prize Pool: $50 7) Twitch / Teamspeak / Hosted Servers. 8) Mods: Task Force Radio / ShackTac / CBA_A3 ]DETAILS Following the huge success and enjoyment of Season 1 of the VIKING PvP Tournament, it’s time for Season 2 to begin! If are you a group/squad who enjoys testing your PvP skills in the field, come join us. We will host the event server and teamspeak server, so all you need to do is show up and play. The missions are 8v8 objective based PvP missions but of course if you can only field 7 men on the day then we'll make sure to match you with a squad of the same numbers. This is something we'll all discuss on the day before we kick off the event. We will have an official Twitch Stream broadcasting the event but you are of course welcome to stream it to your followers too. I've been practicing my flight skills with the Jets DLC recently and realized that there's not much practical use for the Jets assets outside of milsim and the occasional scenario (that i can think of), so i thought it might be kind of fun to go head on with another pilot, however I don't have any active friends who own the Jets DLC. So here's my proposal, I host a server and hold some sort of tournament. I haven't ironed out how it would work yet which is partially why I made this post, as well as to see if anyone would be interested. Some things that need to be worked out are whether it would be 1v1 matches or Team Matches, how many rounds would be held per each competitor, how the jets would be chosen, etc. So i've set up a little poll to determine how the tournament would be structured and it can be found here. If you have anything to add, or want to help set it up please comment, if you want to compete simply join this steam group. If the poll ends up selecting teams the teams will be assembled at random, though they can have certain members upon special request if you want to go into it with your friends or something. There won't be any reward for winning as i'm broke af, however I do plan on recording the whole thing and uploading it onto my tiny YT channel so that could be considered a small amount of publicity for the winner. I'll update this post with dates, and poll results however a majority of the planning will take place in the steam group. Edit : There may be a reward depending on how many victors there are (there can be multiple victors if teams are chosen) and if there're enough games to go around.

The missions are 8v8 objective based PvP missions but of course if you can only field 7 men on the day then we'll make sure to match you with a squad of the same numbers. Arma 3 has been increasing players daily to daily basis. With this i would like to ask all community members whether Arma 3 should be having Community Cup ? With this will bring more and more players to develop their skills and their time given to the game also. BI should bring this official cup for Arma 3. The last cup was limited entry. We would like to have Open 256 Bracket to final stage cup for Arma 3. Also we can use Units new feature to get more and more communities to get registered and play together in the Community Cup The perfect mission will be end game ofcourse.
