  2. Hi, I am looking for the download data display from End Game. See image below. I have looked in config viewer, function viewer, and even manually opened the PBO files. I have found: downloadObject.sqf downloadProgress.sqf Etc... Still can't find the display though.

    Official Multiplayer Gamemodes

    The Arma 3 roadmap 2016-17 recently got released. With high hopes I am very excited about the planned content. But, there's something that's been on my mind for a very long time since the release of A3. Something I wish would gain more attention in the future updates & DLC's to come. It's the official multiplayer gamemodes such as End Game, Zeus and Support. My favorite multiplayer game is End Game. Which is a gamemode that represents how the game is meant to be played. Well, what's the point of this thread? As a Arma veteran since the first game in the series, and content creator. It feels like the roots of Arma are going extinct. There's barely any official gamemodes in MP which represents the game itself. There's one End Game server I play on which usually has players, but it's the only server running the gamemode. What's up with this? Same with Zeus. The quick game menu has been helpful, because before Apex the situation was even worse. AND, there's not a single Support gamemode server. I'm happy & love the gamemodes, but it's sad that they aren't getting the attention they deserve as they are a part of the core game. Other than that, there's one gamemode I'd like to see implemented in the game. It's Capture the Island. I and many other's would love to see this gamemode in the base game in high quality like the other official content. I hope this resonated with other Arma veterans, new players as well as the developers.
  4. Hello All, Thanks for reading this! I've started to create my very first End-Game mission, I've gotten really far using the explenation here. Unfortunately I've ran into a small problem. Most of the spawnpoints that I've added to my missions do not seem to work. Two of them work, those are the "Respawn Point logic" connected to the "Start Game Objective". I've used the very same "Respawn Point Logic" at "Simple Objective's" and, as the tutorial says; I am supposed to use "BLUFOR / OPFOR game logics connected to a Simple Objective". However, I can not find the described game logic! Does anyone know where to find this? Because the tutorial is somewhat outdated and different than the new 2D / Eden interface. Or am I getting this wrong and should I use the normal "Game Logic" logic entity and call it Respawn_West or something? Thanks in advance! -Da_Hollander
  5. Hello all, Thanks for reading this! I've started to create my very first End-Game mission, I've gotten really far using the explenation here. Nevertheless I have three questions: In the original end-game series by BI, once you secure the FOB (= completing the End Game Start Game Objective) you are granted additional assets (usually a hunter/ifrit GMG and HMG) that are delivered by helicopter. Does anyone know how I can achieve this? Edit: I've made a trigger that detects the presence of indipendent soldiers, once you clear the FOB area (= no indipendant remaining) there is a move and drop command for the helicopters. This works, but isn't exactly the way it should work. For example, the helicopter already exists + it gets triggered by the presence of indipendent soldiers instead of getting triggered when completing the "End Game Start Game Objective". Normally you start with certain loadouts you can choose from upon respawning after death. By default there is no such thing and you will respawn as the (original) unit class. How can I add those additional loadouts? In addition to loadouts, when you've downloaded the data at, lets say, objective Alpha, you can earn acces to more loadouts and/or vehicles. How could I add this feature? I hope someone can help me out on this one! I'm pretty sure this end-game scenario is going to be a lot of fun! Thank you in advance. -Da_Hollander

Hello all, first post! :D :D I need help with the "End Game" spectator that was added in a few patches ago, I got it to work on some missions I made about two months ago but now it just doesn't work at all when it should. As you can see here in this screenshot it is set work but when a player dies they basically see this endlessly I am running the game vanilla no mods so it cant be that. I did many google searches and forum searches but I literally came up with NOTHING on this issue and made a post myself to /r/Armadev but got no answers so far. This is especially weird because it worked fine before by just checking that 1 "Spectator" box...what gives? It should also be noted that I tried turning it on manually in description.ext but that didn't work either. Can someone help me with this problem please? It would be much appreciated.

Loving 'End game' at the moment, but here is one major issue that I think needs addressing; when the map changes from a 32 slot map to a 16 slot map there are usually more than 16 players on the server so some players have no choice but to disconnect. It's very annoying and happens every time I play. Could player count be the same for every map? I understand that smaller maps have been designed for 16 players, but players still want to play after a 32 player map and if they are forced to disconnect too often they might not come back. You may not have noticed but the official servers have been getting regular players over the past month. It would be nice to have a sub forum for End game for players to leave suggestions/feedback.

Found the answer https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/180425-module-mission-end-game-mode-how-to-use/ ______________________________________________________________________________________ I made a mission for me and my friends with a "shitty" download intel from computer script, but is there a simple way or a guide on how to create the same "download intel from computer" as the End game uses? And about the assign tasks from map etc is this also ~easy to accomplish in the editor? If this is a common question i do apologize in advance. I haven't find any answers yet.

I've looked around the forum and the functions viewer, but I can't figure out if it's even possible to use End Game's "download intel" mechanic of approaching a laptop (for example), holding space and starting the download, with that GUI and all, in a non-End Game, SP scenario.
