A thread for unfinished addons

Hey, from this thread here and Bdfys question I got an idea for a thread where addon makers who dont want to continue their work can upload their files. Therefore all the time invested wouldnt be wasted, and maybe someone else actually finishes them.

I know a load of beautiful looking addons, which where discontinued short of completion, and its always a shame. So I propose a thread where addons that where never completed, or source files for old ArmA 1 addons which could be ported, are being posted. Then the community itself can take a shot at them.

Its also a nice way to help people who want to get into Oxygen, in a way that they can use the addons at examples and take their first addon making steps with error fixing and kitbashes.

MiG-15 "Fagot" by Bdfy & Volkssturm, Submitted by Bdfy

Available is the complete ported addon from ArmA I to ArmA II. The addon is playable, however additional work on the config and the model is required. Bdfy will send me additional source files, including the MLOD. I will then post an update.

Well depends on how much addon makers are willing to post their addon here ;)

I think the more the better, but so far only Bdfy has asked for such a kind of thread, to post the sourcefiles of his MiG-15 addon.

I got Sa-2 by Neil Wilson /he released model and is free to use/

It is not super extra detailed ,but is good enough

Not excatly giving away the model, but I need help solving the problems on my A319mpa I simply dont have the skill to fix it on my own. So it is kinda related to this thread i suppose

Im in contact with Wass, who will get the MLOD from Bdfy to post it here. Also Martin has the extracted MLOD, and might post it. Either way, we have complete permission to edit the addon.

This thread is for the guys who worked months on their addons, but then cant finish them for whatever reasons, but also dont want all the invested time be in vein.

Alright Martin is gonna post a fixed version of the MiG-15 soon. That means, you are gonna get a high quality addon, with all the source files needed to edit any aspect of it, and of course all the permission to do so.

I dont think something like this was given the community before, a top-notch unbinarized addon. That means if you want to get into editing yourself, you have the chance to look at every aspect of a complete addon, to learn how it works.

You should hear with Desktop if his unfinished C-17 fits in here :)
