Overview:

In their very brief history of just seven years, the Selous Scouts won a fearsome reputation as the best and most effective bush soldiers in Africa.
The regiment acted as a combat reconnaissance force and accounted for 68% of all terrorists killed in the Rhodesian War - whereas the Scouts only suffered 36 own casualties.

 

Changelog:

- Deleted the Rhodesian Infantry since the original addon got removed. Remade it using Virtual Arsenal.

-Deleted a LOP addon reference that crept into the mission.sqm
 

Known Issues:

-RadioMsg5 not found, I could use somebody to check my description.ext, as I am becoming blind to my own typos.

glad to see RWO guys at A3! keep going your work is great.

sadly, i have a strange error...aia_misc3_config is missing and i can't play the mission. that's strange cause i don't have All in Arma at all. I have Arma3 Map Pack v1.4 instead. do we need AiA? cause u wrote "instead" of A3MP. i assumed one of them is enough.

Ah, since I designed the mission with AiA Terrain pack, the addons are written in the mission.sqm - sorry, this is my fault, then AiA TP pack becomes the mandatory requirement (I chose it because A3MP is not being developed anymore). I will correct that ASAP.

So you removed the Rhodesian addon requirement?This looks really good.I'm in the mood for SP missions and I just heard a great interview about the rhodesian plane shoot downs in the '80s

You are right; the Rhodesians were just made out of African Conflict uniforms combined with mostly FN FALs from Massi's NATO-Russian SF weapons pack; I did the same look and feel packing the same stuff together in the Virtual Arsenal.

I just updated my mission to Version 1.2, deleting some unwanted addons that crept into the mission.sqm.
