CyberjaxWe at the 1st Ranger Battalion are recruiting anyone that is mature, trustworthy, respectful to the community and dedicates their ArmA time to our community, we want members to feel comfortable with our community. We re at or above the age of 15 years old, although exceptions will be made for 14 year old members.- Members with a good attitude- Mature members- Respectful members- Members who are honest- Member with good activity- Members willing to follow orders/commands- Members who work as a teamWe try to operate and reenact the real US Army 75th Rangers. We go by different codes of: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity And Personal Courage. We take all these values very strict, and all members of the unit should and will follow these values. We do operations and training every weekend (Friday nights, Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays). To some people, it may seem we are a strict unit, we are actually one of the more laid back units, we like to have fun, joke around off deployments and training, and play numerous games from Left for Dead 2 to Minecraft. We are not a strict valued unit, we learned where other/past units have gone due to some values not sitting well with members of the unit. We try to avoid members feeling un-welcomed or uncomfortable within our unit. We invite anyone from anywhere from around the world, we have people from United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South America and many more to see come in to our unit, and all are welcomed in!BCT (Basic Combat Training) AIT (Advanced Infantry Training) Jump School Aviation TrainingArmored TrainingSappers TrainingAirborne SchoolBasic Marksman CourseLeadership CourseWe take training to a serious matter. We expect all members by 1-2 weeks to be have BCT completed. AIT is a infantry ONLY course, Pilots and Armored Crewman don't need AIT. - US Army rank structure- Roles and duties per rank and person.- Training and deployments to a realistic extent- Disciplinary actions- Organised departments and squads- Each member assigned to a FireTeam Leader and Squad- Organised ops and briefingsOn deploy and in the field we play and act as a realism unit, no messing around. Off deploy and training, we play other games, still keeping our level of realism within and without the Teamspeak and other games, Chain of Command and rank structure still applies.Q: Does this unit use required addons?A: Yes, we use numerous addons required to join and run operations in this unit.Q: Does this unit accept client side addons?A: Yes we do, we do not accept client side addons that lag our servers, or take the realism out of the game, such as fatigue removers and recoil removers (Recoil reducing addons are allowed, theirs a difference) Q: Does this unit use Task Force Radios and AGM?A: Yes, in fact these are our main addonsIf anything else is needed, please feel free to ask us on our Teamspeak 3 server (ts.1rangers.com)Hope to see you on board with us soon! For more Information visit our TeamSpeak and talk to a member about the unit.
