Arma-Verse British Armed Forces

Tonight (Or this morning really..it's 3 AM!) I'm releasing Version 1 of my ArmaVerse BAF addon. This adds a number of units using the camouflage recently added in the campaign and NATO weaponry, primarily the MX series and NLAW/PCML.

At the moment there are some basic units like rifleman, marksman and grenadier but in the future I hope to add more. Suggestions are more then welcome!

They are already in the game. I am also as confused as you.

AFAIK you can't choose the CTRG in the editor.

They are only under <<Men (Story)>>

It would be great if you could add, within NATO faction,the same infantry classes already present, but in the UK version! : D

Maybe perhaps the name of Recon units should be modified CTRG!

These are awesome! We needed some generic Brit units bad! would love to see them equipped with Kiory´s L85A2!

This should also be Kiory's L85A2 mod compatible, without having to install the Arma-Verse British Armed Forces MOD

And on that note here's a small update adding more units ;) This time the Autorifleman using the MX SW has been sent to the Paratroopers while the M200 takes it's place for ground troops. Great mod, Slatts. Although I literally just downloaded it right before the update. Now I have to do it over again, lol.

They are, but as stated previously they are only under 'Men (Story)' and they have specific names. This is going to be a resource for mission makers and a good help for people who want to have a UK SF team with their own identities, etc.

A few things I have noticed during testing...

All soldiers are based on the "Northgate" story character . Would be nice if you could add the Miller and James types (uniforms, headgear, radio) as well. Also unique identities would be cool (right now they are all Northgate's). The para beret looks really cool but does not work in first person ( wrong texture path)...I know it is not your resource...just sayin...
